What this policy covers
This policy applies to this website. It explains what we collect when you send an enquiry or a message, why we hold it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- What you send us. Your name, mobile number, delivery city, optional email address, and anything you write in a message or enquiry note.
- The products you asked about. The list of items and quantities attached to your enquiry.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records the IP address and browser type of requests for security and abuse prevention.
We do not ask for and do not want your medical records, prescriptions or payment card details through this site. Please do not send them.
What is stored in your own browser
Your enquiry list is kept in your browser's local storage on your own device so it survives a page refresh. It is not transmitted anywhere until you press send. You can clear it at any time using the "Clear the whole list" button, or by clearing site data in your browser.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated and you will be asked before any tracking is enabled.
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, fulfil an order, and keep the records that tax and consumer law require us to keep. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else sees it
Our hosting provider, and any courier needed to deliver an order. If you choose to contact us over WhatsApp, that conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted within 24 months. Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the email address in the footer of this site and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
